From a young woman rated fearless by her father, she ventured to study outside the country as a teenager. She lived for a year in Pennsylvania, USA. On her return she studied agrocogic engineering in Chile, then in Argentina, after three years of study she obtained her tertiary title of chef.
She has worked teaching cooking classes in Argentina, also before she had her own food venture. Today she works for Becker Abogados (BA) bringing value to the ideas and innovation of the firm providing his knowledge in administation and commercial management.
She took courses in philosophy, experience and life, safety and hygiene at work, project management, brand and patent for entrepreneurs, belongs to the network of mentors Argentina.
She masters english as spanish.
Claudia enjoys reading fiction, enjoys also basketball, NBA games, her favorites sport. She loves to travel, to be imbued with new cultures. Fan of Australian aboriginal music, the didgeridoo being her favorite instrument along with the mouth harp. It is considered a sibarite of a good food.
